Right? My ADHD brain can only take so much before it all spills over the sides and nothing goes anymore! Health stuff - now that I have a plan in place to get the health stuff sorted I feel quite ok about it. Bit of a pain but people have it so much worse so I'm lucky in that regard. Hope you're well!
